Service Description

Learn the versatility behind the ancient corn dough that is nixtamal. Today we know it through the tortillas of our favorite tacos or gooey shell of a quesadilla. So many ways to enjoy this delicious delicacy, come explore with Chef Maricela! In our workshop, we work with corn 100% of the way through, grinding the maíz to pressing out shapes. Learn about the different farmers connected to a single dish.
